Our experience with Eagle Rivers was poor and disappointing.
We needed various odd jobs around our property such as exterior door replacement, a small amount of subfloor replacement, one interior door closed off and other like jobs. All items of which Eagle Rivers advised they could complete.
The gentleman arrived late for the estimate yet appeared interested in the opportunity as he took notes and measurements alike.
Upon completion of his note taking, the gentleman advised he would send the quote in a day or two.
The following morning we receive a message from Eagle Rivers that they would be unable to complete the job due to the area we were in - an area that is within their general work area as described in Thumbtack ? Confusing at the least.
The experience was disappointing and a complete waste of valuable time.

I apologize that I was not able to quote your job. Given NC laws, it required a licensed individual. I guarantee the work I do and in good faith could not do your project. I typically limit travel to a 50-mile radius. I agreed to come look at the project. a simple laminate countertop and a door. when I arrived, your project was not that. I apologize.
