- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices our gave up front. We have a pricelist that is always available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has made contact with us, we give them our business number and email so they can contact us day or night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training in electrical and plumbing through apprenticeship programs. I still stay current with codes that change. We are certified as Professional House Cleaners with the American House Cleaners Association.
