Young Mr Pace Lozano follows a family history of many types and phases of land works that will give you a rare sense of calm and confidence in knowing Pace is doing your job.

Pace did a great job hauling away a massive amount of jasmine vine that we had cut down. He's a very hard worker. Will definitely use him in the future as needed.

He agreed to remove a sleeper sofa from my home on either July 2 or 3. Later on July 2, after I had shut down my search for help in this matter and scheduled the delivery of my new furniture for July 4 he texted me and indicated he would not be able to make it on the 2nd because he was at a funeral. I gave my condolences and asked if he would be here on the 3rd. He did not respond until well into the afternoon of the 3rd and said he would not. I reminded him my new furniture was being delivered on the 4th and could he come the morning or anytime on the 4th. He replied after 8:30 pm on the 3rd he would not. I had to disassemble the sleeper sofa myself and take it down 27 steps myself and get a friend with a pick up to help haul it away. Pace is totally unreliable and I would never rely on him for anything that was time sensitive.
