What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initials cleans are a little more than standard cleans. Discounts are available for return clients (monthly, weekly, biweekly).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive and free estimate/quote and then once approved by client and signed scheduling of the clean will happen and then of course the clean itself!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many trainings with different vacation rental education classes, Covid 19 sanitation classes, and many years of experience.
