I have known Eric for more than ten years. During this ten years, Eric has added a 20' x 20' addition on my home and remodeled my entire house and garage. He has also built two decks, which he waterproofed and provided beautiful hand railing. His expertise in painting, electrical, and plumbing proved very beneficial in meeting my construction needs. Eric Johnston restored the outside of my beach cottage, located in Beaufort,NC with new insulation, siding, installed all new windows including a new patio door & front door. I was very happy with his workmanship. He was a true professional always showing up on time every day and leaving everything tidy after a day`s work. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I read construction journals, research the Internet and watch Property Brothers! LOL I have an OSHA Safety class. I have a Powder Acuated Tool license.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to get out of priming tobacco and out of the hanging barn!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lately it seems that I have fixed a lot of hot tubs. I have fixed a lot of leaking plumbing. I also have done a great deal of restoring water damaged homes.Most of the time I give homes a face lift in order to be sold at a profit.
