About

I've been away doing commercial work for another company for the past year and a half, Happy to say I'm back doing full time TV and Audio installation . Our main objective from day one has been to build a positive and lasting rapport with each person, family, or business that we work with. Each time we step foot on a new project my goal is to put our customer at ease with our process by identifying what their needs are as quickly as possible and show them we have the experience to make it happen. Consumer value is always on my mind so we price most of our medium to larger custom work as a flat rate and do not charge hourly. We back all our work from TV mounting to Home Theater Installations with our 90 day guarantee. We take pride in getting it right the first time and we won't leave until everyone is happy with the work completed . . From our Family to yours, happy 2025! We look forward to helping you mount a TV, install speakers by the pool, or put together that mancave you have been dreaming of since you moved in! Matt did an excellent job from the beginning quote to the finished product. He was very thorough in asking questions about my equipment and desired set up, flexible about timing, and very responsive to communication. The quote outlined everything he would provide in clear detail so I knew we had everything covered that I had asked for. The install went well and was exactly as I asked for. He was respectful of our home and very professional. We will definitely call him first if we have any other audio/visual or mounting needs.

They were very responsible. They got me a full motion wall mount for $95 compared to the $119 one I was going to buy. A very good deal. And they did the job very well. Very happy with how it looks. I was skeptical at first because I usually do installations myself but an 75" TV is big and they did the job right.

Details: Wall mount above fireplace • Not sure, need professional's help to determine • Not sure, need professional's help to determine • No, would like the professional's help in selecting a mount or stand • Articulating • Cable/satellite box • Gaming console • Sound bar

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique so the price for each job can very somewhat but typically our labor is around $85 to $125 per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to contact the customer over the phone and get details about the upcoming project. At this time we can get a good estimate on cost for parts, labor, and amount of time the job will take to complete. In addition to this we always offer a FREE in home walk through to go over details on bigger projects and unique situations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electronics repair and installation has always been the family business. Home audio and live sound is another long time passion of mine as I have been a working musician running sound for the past 15 years. We love what we do and feel blessed to be able to share our expertise with our customers to make a living. Extensive training in all in one remote programming and home automation. At one point or another I have been employed with sales and installation of Time Warner Cable/ Spectrum, DirecTV, and Dish Network. That means whatever cable or satellite provider you might have we know our way around the product and services that they offer. Very knowledgeable with just about any electronic device for your home and business.
