- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fairly priced and my prices are based off knowledge you’re getting someone experience and detail oriented. I am more than open to negotiate here in there if there are some financial issues, but for the most part, my price is my price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try my best to get familiar with every customer, so that way we can establish a good relationship Therefore, making it easier to communicate what is wanted
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4+ years of experience, dealing with maintenance related issues, such as installations, replacements and repairs of electrical plumbing, and most common things found in a home
