- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique so the price for each job can very somewhat but typically our labor is around $85 to $125 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to contact the customer over the phone and get details about the upcoming project. At this time we can get a good estimate on cost for parts, labor, and amount of time the job will take to complete. In addition to this we always offer a FREE in home walk through to go over details on bigger projects and unique situations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electronics repair and installation has always been the family business. Home audio and live sound is another long time passion of mine as I have been a working musician running sound for the past 15 years. We love what we do and feel blessed to be able to share our expertise with our customers to make a living. Extensive training in all in one remote programming and home automation. At one point or another I have been employed with sales and installation of Time Warner Cable/ Spectrum, DirecTV, and Dish Network. That means whatever cable or satellite provider you might have we know our way around the product and services that they offer. Very knowledgeable with just about any electronic device for your home and business.
