Our main objective from day one has been to build a positive and lasting rapport with each person, family, or business that we work with.

Submitted my request Friday and was enjoying my soundbar by Saturday morning. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and clean. Helped install a soundbar under a wall mounted tv. He checked all the boxes: no visible wires, synced up TWC remote to work with all components, Bluetooth checked and firestick wires hidden and works. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a clean set up done right.

Matt did an excellent job from the beginning quote to the finished product. He was very thorough in asking questions about my equipment and desired set up, flexible about timing, and very responsive to communication. The quote outlined everything he would provide in clear detail so I knew we had everything covered that I had asked for. The install went well and was exactly as I asked for. He was respectful of our home and very professional. We will definitely call him first if we have any other audio/visual or mounting needs.

Matt provided an excellent service when mounting my 3 Tv's. He was right on time for the consultation, provided some very smart ideas about placement and the mounts and then performed the work flawlessly. I even had a minor adjustment that I asked him about two days after the installment was done and he came out and made a change for me at no charge. He is very contentious and just wanted me to be totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Matt and crew for the job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique so the price for each job can very somewhat but typically our labor is around $85 to $125 per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to contact the customer over the phone and get details about the upcoming project. At this time we can get a good estimate on cost for parts, labor, and amount of time the job will take to complete. In addition to this we always offer a FREE in home walk through to go over details on bigger projects and unique situations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electronics repair and installation has always been the family business. Home audio and live sound is another long time passion of mine as I have been a working musician running sound for the past 15 years. We love what we do and feel blessed to be able to share our expertise with our customers to make a living.
Extensive training in all in one remote programming and home automation. At one point or another I have been employed with sales and installation of Time Warner Cable/ Spectrum, DirecTV, and Dish Network. That means whatever cable or satellite provider you might have we know our way around the product and services that they offer. Very knowledgeable with just about any electronic device for your home and business.
