I recently attended a wedding at this venue. It was a beautiful event and location. The reception building is huge and elegant. It, also, features trails through a bamboo forest and to view the lake. It has a fire pit and everything looks brand new.

I had the pleasure of working with Brigid, Mark and Michelle this past weekend at Camelot Meadows. They were so accommodating and helpful from beginning to end! The venue space is gorgeous inside and out with a beautiful bamboo forest for guests to both explore and get some amazing photos in. Love this venue!

Where do we even begin? When we were looking for venues, it was important to us to have an indoor/outdoor setting that had some sort of wow factor, and it was super important that we felt a connection to the people we worked with. We truly couldnt have asked for a better outcome with Camelot Meadows. When we first toured the venue, we immediately fell in love with the property, and with the owner, Deb. In fact, we signed with full faith that the venue would be completed to our expectations by the day of our wedding (it was still under construction when we signed). We were absolutely blown away with the end result! We felt included every step of the way as the venue came to life, and felt our input was valued and respected. Brigid, the venue coordinator, was so easy to work with, always willing to help, and a huge supporter prior to and the day of wedding. The property is absolutely stunningthe bamboo forest was the wow factor we were hoping for, and we strongly encourage couples to take a private moment in the forest!The venue also offers a River House that can be used for rehearsal and/or a night before stay. We opted for this option, and we were very pleased with the overall experience.All in all, Camelot Meadows and the staff played an enormous part in our wedding, and we would choose them over and over again!

This is the best barn venue in the Charlotte area!! Not only is the barn gorgeous but the grounds are amazing and perfect for pictures. You can do pictures in a field, in the bamboo forest (very magical), or on lake Wiley. I recently had my wedding at Camelot and the owners were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our day special! Aside from how awesome the venue is, it is in a perfect location: 20 minutes from CLT airport, uptown Charlotte, and 10 minutes from Belmont!

Our prices start at $5799 for venue weddings of up to 225 people, $1800 for corporate events at the venue, and $650 for our River Retreat cabin that can accommodate events up to 30 people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you inquire with us, we highly encourage a private tour of the beautiful property. You will be able to see the brand new barn venue, magical bamboo forest, River Retreat lakefront cabin, and Tiny House on site. When you decide to book, we will send over the contracts and be with you every step of the way!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What type of experience do you want to have? What setting are you looking for? What kind of connection do you want with the venue and staff? Do you want to have an all-inclusive venue or pick and choose your own vendors (with or without assistance)? Do you need overnight accommodations? Is being close to the airport and/or hotels important to you?
