- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a bit on the more expensive side, but when your brand needs a project done right, and to be done at a high standard, we are the people for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process always starts with a brand discovery session. This gives me an opportunity to ask as many questions as possible for me to figure out what is going to benefit you the most. After I fully understand your brand, I will begin looping you in to my pre-production process. I believe in collaborating side by side with my clients, versus going behind a curtain and emerging with a final product. For more details, my process is outlined in the about section of my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally involved in the field for over 9 years, and have worked at top production companies working with big brands. Running the risk of sounding cocky, you will be hard pressed to find many people more competent and experienced in this field than I am. And if your brand requires more competent people we have the network to hire them out.
