Home Inspection: Fees vary on Sq Ft and Age Home Starting $400.00-425.00 and up, increases with square feet and age Termite Inspection: $100.00-175.00 Radon Gas Testing: $160.00 Pre-Drywall Inspection $225.00 Re-Inspection: $175.00-$275.00 Septic Inspections: $425.00 with Permit $400.00 without $425.00 - $475.00 without Permit depend on age. We hired David Jones for a repair home inspection prior to putting our house on the market. The report we received was thorough and our inspector pointed out findings, while they were here, that might not be clear from the report so that I would understand it once I got it.

Fees vary based on sq ft & age of the home. We are happy to give a quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to us to discuss the inspections that are needed in your area. Discuss the cost of the inspections needed. Then we handle the rest. We schedule and arrange access into the home. In most cases you will receive your inspection report the same day as your inspection is preformed.
