We hired David Jones for a repair home inspection prior to putting our house on the market. The report we received was thorough and our inspector pointed out findings, while they were here, that might not be clear from the report so that I would understand it once I got it.

David responded promptly and came to my house to perform a preventive maintenance inspection within 24 hours. His 30+ years of experience was evident, as he identified some problems that other professionals had missed. Was very thorough and was able to provide solutions to the problems he identified. He did not try to upsell any other services, but did offer suggestions of other professionals whose work he recommended. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to us to discuss the inspections that are needed in your area. Discuss the cost of the inspections needed. Then we handle the rest. We schedule and arrange access into the home. In most cases you will receive your inspection report the same day as your inspection is preformed.
