- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system for our service. All properties are different. That's why we like to go out and see the property first hand. We feel a "standard pricing schedule" is not necessairly fair to all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer, we talk and find out what the customer is interested in. We look at the property and explain what we will do, and for what price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the lawn service business for over 14 years. We had a reputable business in New York, and continued our love of lawns to North Carolina.
