I do jobs just like I would be doing them for myself at my on home. I want to give the customer exactly what they pay for. I use the best materials. I keep everything neat and clean. I'm very particular. I care about your things like new counter tops, paint on walls etc. I do glass so I'm very careful. I believe that communication is important. I will call u at least 30 min before ever arriving at your job site. I also work very hard and do my best on everything I do whatever it is. I like to treat people the same way I want to be treated. What an amazing experience. Mike came and measured our Shower opening then he went over different designs. And yesterday, he worked about 5 hours and installed a ORB shower door for us. He helped installed Mirrors too. Mirrors needed to be cut and sanded which he did it nicely. We have one more shower doors that we will have him install as well. Overall an amazing experience. Thank you Thumbtack and Thank you Mike.

Michael was very responsive from the beginning and continued with that responsiveness through completion of the project. He did a great job replacing several window panes and was professional and courteous throughout the process .... Glass is expensive and I hope I don't need glass services again BUT if I do, he will definitely be the first person I reach out to .... :-)

Michael was amazing to work with! Very professional, but very friendly. I felt very comfortable. He genuinely loves his job and that comes across in his work. He was very conscientious in making sure I was happy with his work. He also explained the whole process of repairing my window. I learned a lot because of it. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience except "Thumbtack". Michael Barefoot is the best of the best! "Thumbtack" not so much.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No my work is normally custom. But I do any type of glass. But not windshields. If it's just odd jobs then I price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First talk and find out your plans. Then go to the job and measure. After that I will let you know the exact cost of everything. If you want to proceed. We can set an install date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work at the best glass company in NC for my whole career of 14 years. I'm a smart worker so they keep me. I've done the most custom of glass that can be done all over the state.
