FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may not be cheapest or fastest person around but I am I fair in pricing. I'm not trying to break your bank account to fill mine up. I take alot of pride in what I do and I will not sacrifice my quality for a bottom line I will get it done right the first time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what the customer wants and we come up with a plan of action and set a date. I make any suggestions or point out any problems I foresee running into and whats needed to avoid them. I usually book bigger projects at least 2-3 weeks out in cabinet Refinishing I'll usually do pick up if the doors 1 -2weeks prior to on-site work.it takes 2-5 days for me to get my paints matched and made up. when we lock in a date I require 50 percent down payment for the service, except for installs I collect up completion, then I go to work. when I finish I always walk through my work with the clients to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I always clean up my mess before i leave daily. Then I go over maintenance procedures for your new product, collect final payment and thank you for your business and collect final payment. I warranty my work for 3 years and If I have a warranty problem that problem is priority so it gets addressed immediately
