- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive with other bakers. We will have a discussion on what your ideas are regarding your sweet needs in order to work within your budget. Typical wedding cakes start at $4 per serving however this is just the starting point and depending on design may vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have determined we are a good fit for each other we can have a consultation either in person for tasting or over the phone to discuss ideas. In order to save the date a 50% non refundable deposit will be required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and continually educate myself and staff on the cake decorating world.
