I chose this bakery because I requested a strawberry banana cake for the tasting. There were no bananas in the cake, but it was a banana flavored cake…mind blowing!! I sent a picture of the cake I wanted for my event, we brainstormed cake flavors together, and ended up with a masterpiece. Not only was the cake beautifully decorated and designed, but it was also delicious! Above all else, they drove over an hour to deliver and set up the cake! Thank you all again, I appreciate it!

Alicia was great to work with for my event. My family and I really enjoyed the cake and cupcakes. Alicia did great with the creation I had in mind for my birthday cake. The cake was everything that I wanted. My first time trying new flavors lemon, strawberry and orange fillings in my cake and I fell in love with it immediately. Alicia is very crafty and skilled and I highly recommend her for anyone event. I will be using Alicia services for future events.

We had Sugar and Spice make cookies for our housewarming party. They were SO cute and tasted amazing. We gave her some basic ideas, and she ran with them. They were delivered to a convenient location for pickup, and done on time. We will use Sugar and Spice again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive with other bakers. We will have a discussion on what your ideas are regarding your sweet needs in order to work within your budget.
Typical wedding cakes start at $4 per serving however this is just the starting point and depending on design may vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have determined we are a good fit for each other we can have a consultation either in person for tasting or over the phone to discuss ideas. In order to save the date a 50% non refundable deposit will be required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and continually educate myself and staff on the cake decorating world.
