- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, fair pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the size of the home, condition, frequency of service, and requested add-ons. We also offer discounts for recurring weekly and bi-weekly cleanings. Eco-friendly products, excessive buildup, pet hair, or specialty services may require an additional fee, but all pricing is discussed upfront before service begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning about the client’s needs, the size and condition of the property, and the type of service they’re looking for. We then provide an estimate and, when needed, schedule a virtual or in-person walkthrough to ensure accurate pricing and expectations. Once scheduled, we arrive fully equipped and complete the cleaning with attention to detail and professionalism. After the service, we follow up to ensure the client is happy with the results and discuss recurring maintenance options if desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
