Spotty with communication with planning the estimate, the guys came out and there were issues with the work (large areas skipped, areas within rows missed, underweighted aerator/shallow plugs) - aerated 60% of the area that was supposed to be covered and the coverage was poor and rushed. They were apologetic and offered to return to correct the issues but had problems with the truck and then just went dark with communication for a week+ Seemed nice and maybe I just caught them at a bad time but… pretty bad.
