- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is custom to the job at hand. Our primary goal is to take care of our customers needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out for the estimate. At first I want to discuss what they are looking for. Then I will walk the job site with them and allow them to tell me what they need. Taking notes to make sure I get to everything. I give a quote and ask when they'd like to be placed on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up on and around farms and farm communities I have generations of knowledge passed on to me.
