We recently hosted a function in our home for forty + guests. Hopey's Catering provided a healthy and delicious array of light to heavy h'deaovres, perfect for the event; lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, beautiful breads and crackers, tasty chicken curry salad and other meats for effortless grazing during the evening. And, because the event was to celebrate a birthday, there was an amazing dessert table with custom themed desserts and chocolates. We were amazed at the abundance and quality of everything offered. Out guests were thrilled! Equally impressive was the ease of set-up, and clean-up. Our kitchen was spotless by the end of the night. Kudos to Faith, Rachel, and Samuel,(the 3 Hopey staff) who not only brought the culinary skills and professionalism, but also their loving hearts to our home. They played a huge role in making the event a huge success!!!!

Love these folks. They go an extra mile to make your catering experience perfect!!! The food was delicious! My guest raved at the creativity! Mashtini bar with several options...... New to many of the guests and they loved it. Drink fountains added elegance and a big hit! Faith did a beautiful job blending the decor with the theme of the wedding. Service was professional with a personal touch. Thank you so very very much Hopey and Company! Could not have pulled off the wedding without you!!!!!

Hopeys ( Faith Ray) catered a taco bar for a special event at our church. There were 125 people served and everyone raved on how tasty and fresh it was. There was enough leftover to serve another night. Everything from the Spanish rice to the homemade guacamole were delicious

Joseph and his crew are extremely professional. My guests and I were thoroughly pleased with their service. I had a traditional Chinese wedding and it was difficult to find good chinese food. Faith took my description and was able to come up with a very authentic chinese food menu including peking duck! The duck was a hit. Even the decorative pieces were eaten. You can trust Hopey's to go above and beyond at your event.

Everything went wonderfully!!! Especially with the short notice. The food was amazing, Faith was a blessing to work with, and the presentation far exceeded our expectations! You can't beat Hopey!! People are still talking about the food from the party!!
