- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the job. Also, if anything comes up, I will talk to the customer about any price change beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself to the customer. Listening to the customers needs. Looking over the job with the customer. Asking questions, and making any suggestions that I might see. I work with the customer throughout the project.
