We had drainage problems - water coming from the road down the driveway. Several companies thought they knew how to fix it, but nothing they did worked. Randy from 13 Moons arrived and from the minute he stepped foot on the driveway, we knew he knew what he was talking about and could fix the problem. He did, and we are very grateful to him and his team. No more water issues! Randy is very experienced and his word is gold - he won't quit until you're happy. They were a little backed up due to a family crisis, but they were worth the wait.

Does not know how to communicate, I understand that he went through a crisis but he could of called and said he was not coming. My wife took the day off from work to help me with our dogs since the fence was going to be down and I am in a wheelchair. A simple phone call would have been enough, instead he messaged a sarcastic comment like we knew what was going on in his life. This guy is rude. If you are going to have your own business then aleast try to be professional and let your clients know you are not going to show up instead of leaving us hanging. Can't believe he said we were badgering him by texting and asking if he was still coming. Wow

Unfortunately we can’t please everyone and there wasn’t a contract even signed so I’m confused on why you took what was said when I came to give you a “Free” quote and told you it might be that particular day we wasn’t finished where we was currently working. And on top of that you was told why we couldn’t be there. If this is how you judge people I would say you’ve written more than one bad review. Sorry you feel this way but I’m glad I didn’t provide you with the discount service or service at all for that matter.
