Pricing depends on the size of the space, the condition of the property, and the type of service needed. I try to keep pricing fair and straightforward with no hidden fees, and discounts may be available for recurring services or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a conversation about the customer’s needs, schedule, and expectations. From there, I provide an estimate and customized service plan. Once approved, we schedule the cleaning and keep communication open throughout the process to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a healthcare background as a licensed nurse, where sanitation, organization, and attention to detail were a major part of the job. That experience helped build the standards I use in my cleaning business today, especially when working in medical and commercial environments.
