Hi! I'm Tyler Dellaperute, pianist and piano tuner. I've earned a B.A. in Music at Cedarville University, and completed a three-year apprenticeship under a registered piano technician. I'm a well-rounded pianist who can comfortably play in a variety of genres, from classical to jazz to pop to rock. (Check out my youtube channel for some samples of my playing.) I have extensive experience both as a solo and collaborative pianist. As a piano tuner who also plays piano, it brings me great joy to take a neglected, out-of-tune piano and make it sound beautiful again. By far the BEST PIANO TUNER I have ever had [ I have owed a piano for 40 years]. Tyler spent over two hours tuning my piano at a more than reasonable price. He stayed awhile afterwards and we "jammed" together playing Carol King music. Tyler is such a sweet and gentle soul as well. My husband and I wanted to adopt him!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently tuned a piano that hadn't been worked on in over twenty years. It needed both a pitch raise and a tuning.
