New Remodelers, LLC recently replaced a flat rubber roof on my apartment building and put a metal cap on my chimney where the old stone one had broken apart. Mr George Amezcua was very professional, courteous and punctual, and so was his team of roofers. They cleaned up and hauled off all the old roof pieces from my yard. These guys are OUTSTANDING in everything you want from a contractor: communication, craftsmanship, reliability, fair pricing, and transparency. They are genuinely nice people, and are pleasant to work with. We would award more stars we could, because they deserve the highest rating possible. Communication: From our first contact with them to get a quote to construct a deck for us, they were prompt, professional, thorough, and helpful. Craftsmanship: Our deck project was a bit out of the ordinary because two sides of it are curved to hug a low retaining wall and a hillside drop off. Other contractors told us they could not do the curves, and that we would need to live with straight edges within the curved area. These exceptional fellows never balked at doing the curves, and the finished product is exquisite, reflecting skill, focus, and great attention to detail! Reliability: 100% of the time, these guys did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and how they said they would do it! Fair Pricing: They priced their work very fairly relative to other quotes we received for the same project. Transparency: To ensure there were no charges hidden in the material purchases, they provided receipts detailing what was purchased, where it was purchased, and when it was purchased. Material purchases and labor were paid for separately, so you always know what you are getting, and how much it costs. Bonus Benefits: They kept the job site clean, and did not blast music. In summary, if you hire these guys, we expect you will be rewarded with an exceptional experience and outcome. To us, they are now our go-to guys for anything we need for our house that requires knowledge, skill, creativity, and reliability. Like we write above: they are outstanding in ALL respects!

What a journey we have had with George and Valentina ! We started talking last December about George and his team building us a tiny cabin in WNC. The project started mid January and was finished mid March. I can say, Valentina was extremely responsive from the get-go and very good at getting the project rolling. I would also like to note that our cabin is completely off grid with no electricity, no water, and located in a very remote area. George and his team worked off of a generator and had to bring in their own water. Land is also located on a pretty significant slope/mountain. George and his team worked extremely fast and got our 324 square-foot cabin built in under two months. Their work included floorplan draw ups, cutting down 2 small trees, digging footers, building a platform, framing, insulation, siding, T&G, installing vinyl flooring and trim, small front deck build out, painting outside, and installing the roof. Being honest, parts of the project were a bit stressful but I can imagine this would happen in almost any build. Some of the quotes came in under what it actually ended up being, so I would always plan on needing a larger budget if you end up doing a larger projects like ours (I can imagine this is the case w most home builds). George and his team did a wonderful job (and FAST), leaving us with a brand new cabin that we are in love with. We really really appreciate George and his team helping us move through this project and making our dreams come true. Our 324 sq foot cabin including labor, materials, roofing and basic electric ended up being around 60k. In our opinion, a great deal and worth every penny. I had the roof replacemnet need for my rehab project which was time sensitive, George was so easy to work with and gave few suggestions on other replacements needed and fixed all of the issues within my budget. There were 7 crew members working on it and the work was done with so much perfection and quality is impeccable. I would highly recommend this services.
