What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly are repairs. People just dont get a new heating and air system for the fun of it. They only replace them when they are beyond repair, or too costly to repair. Other than general maintainance calls, we have repairs, and change-outs, where we are replacing the entire system. We also do duct cleaning, and installations of our "germ zapper" the Air Scrubber.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to people. If they dont know anyone who has had this type of service done, call ahead and ask for references before they have someone come to thier home.
