I reached out on Thumbtack expecting to wait days or even weeks, but Steven with Reno Brothers responded within 15 minutes. That level of responsiveness immediately stood out. After I sent photos, Steven provided both a worst-case estimate and a lower estimate if the repair turned out to be simpler. I appreciated the transparency because it set clear expectations from the start. Although he already had commitments on Saturday, he made time to come out first thing Sunday morning. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the damage, and didn't just choose the quickest fix. He initially explored the less expensive option but ultimately recommended replacing the damaged drywall because he believed it was the best long-term solution. That honesty and commitment to quality earned my trust. Steven was professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire project, and after finishing the repair, he even swept and wet mopped the work area before leaving. Reno brothers painted the exterior of my home, my deck & did some beautiful landscaping. With Just a coat of paint and a little yard work reno brothers made my house look brand new. They were on the job until it was finished and we were happy. Very professional, organized & did amazing job!!
