- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is flexible and based on the scope of work and level of support needed. I offer affordable hourly and project-based rates for administrative and HR services. There are no hidden fees, and clients always receive a clear quote before work begins. I also provide discounts for ongoing or monthly contracts, as well as package options for clients who need consistent virtual assistance or HR administrative support. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a Master of Arts in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management. In addition to my formal education, I have over 21 years of Human Resources leadership experience in the U.S. Army and 1 year of civilian HR experience in healthcare administration. My background includes extensive training in leadership, administrative management, and compliance, along with certifications in HIPAA, cybersecurity awareness, and personnel management. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to bring structure, professionalism, and efficiency to every client I serve. 
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I began offering administrative and HR consulting services after retiring from the U.S. Army, where I served for 21 years in Human Resources leadership. Throughout my military career, I developed a passion for helping others stay organized, manage people effectively, and build strong systems. After transitioning to civilian life, I continued supporting businesses in the healthcare and behavioral health fields, providing virtual administrative and HR assistance. Over time, I realized many small businesses need reliable, professional support, that’s how Kim’s Consulting & Administrative Services was born.
