Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days once all information is received. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and designed to make things easy for you. Send me a message on Thumbtack or schedule a quick call so I can understand the type of resume you need and your career goals. I will then provide a short resume intake form where you can upload your current resume (if available) and share details about your experience and target role. Once your information is received and payment is completed, I begin drafting your professionally written resume. Your completed resume will be delivered within the standard turnaround time, and revisions are provided if needed. My goal is to make the process smooth, organized, and stress-free. Most clients begin by sending a quick message so I can review their situation and recommend the best resume package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 21+ years of military Human Resources experience, including personnel management, career counseling, and document preparation at a leadership level. I also spent three years as a recruiter, which means I understand exactly how resumes are reviewed, screened, and selected in today’s competitive market. Combined with my Master of Arts in Management and Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, I use real-world HR and recruiting expertise to help clients stand out with confidence.
