- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, supportive, and designed to make things easier for you. I start by scheduling a 20-minute consultation call to understand your goals, the type of resume you need, and any additional services you may be interested in, such as LinkedIn updates or a cover letter. Before or after our call, I’ll ask you to send me your current resume (if you have one). I will review it carefully and then send you a short, personalized questionnaire to gather any missing details needed to complete a strong, accurate, and professional resume. From there, I begin drafting your new resume and provide revisions until you’re fully satisfied. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders and guide you through the process smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 21+ years of military Human Resources experience, including personnel management, career counseling, and document preparation at a leadership level. I also spent three years as a recruiter, which means I understand exactly how resumes are reviewed, screened, and selected in today’s competitive market. Combined with my Master of Arts in Management and Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, I use real-world HR and recruiting expertise to help clients stand out with confidence.
