Response time from J. was very quick . he hauled away a bunch of junk that a former tenant left behind in record time. I even had Jay assist me in pulling up the carpet and disposing of it He gave me a great price for that as well. Jay does what he says he’s going to do and is very professional. Highly recommended!!

Jay responded to my request immediately and was able to help with my heavy lifting that day. I learned that he offered other services including tree trimming. He did an excellent job trimming my tree to my specifications and even offered advice so the tree would grow in a more shapely manner. I will definitely call Jay again when I need help on future projects.

Jay and his partner were so very helpful. Even with the extra problems we ran in to. They were accommodating and worked through all of the issues that my situation had without one problem and were friendly and open to help in any way possible. A friendly smile and very polite.

Love love love Jay and Old Heavy Hauling! This was one of the most worry free transactions I’ve ever had. Jay is super responsive, warm, and hardworking. My fridge went out last minute and he put me at ease with a fridge pick up, delivery and haul away. I felt very taken care of and a priority. Do not hesitate to book with him.
