What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of the times I will offer discounts... I usually have some kind of deal going on at any point. Just ask me! I’m all about saving money and I know you guys are too!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to just be friendly! It comes really natural for me because I love working with people and I think all people are beautiful. Then I get down to the basics of what they’re looking for and price. The rest is details. I get so excited with my clients! I invest in them personally so that they know how much care is going into my work for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a class taught by a locally well-known landscape artist at Mayland College. He taught me the basics of shooting in Manual and my passion just grew even more from there.
