- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing that I provide is based on a flat rate for the repair. I provide proof of what I have paid for an item so they can believe that I am trustworthy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the customer first about the issues they have with their system and let them know the price. Answer their questions in plain English so they understand on what happens with their system. Then repair their PC to their specifications and show them that it has been repaired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained a bachelor's degree from DeVry University in Business Information Systems. Also I am A+ certified technician.
