A & M Movers went above and beyond. We were moving from MD to SC. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change dates and times on several occasions. They were very accommodating and patient. I would definitely recommend them. A++++

We had a very positive experience with A & M Friendly Movers. The communication was excellent throughout the job. On the day of the actual move, they were expected to arrive at noon and they did and they provided an estimated time of arrival earlier. We found the moving staff to be most courteous, professional and the quality of work was outstanding. At the conclusion, it appears that all was delivered safely, nothing broken or damaged or scratched. We are delighted with the entire effort.

HIRE THESE PEOPLE :) Ronnie/Ronny and JT were amazing. They were so kind, careful with our things, and very efficient. They were so patient being in this hot weather and moving us from our 3rd story apartment into our brand new single story home. They wrapped and protected all of our larger items. Matt and Amber were also great with following up to ensure our questions were answered and followed up on the day and time. You get great people booking your move and doing your move with a truck and all the supplies. THANK YOU!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
