- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would work with all clients to determine how we can work together to meet their tax needs at a price they can afford. Fees are determined and agreed upon once ALL information is received and prior to beginning any work. Pricing subject to change, adjusted to meet individual needs, and discounted when multiple services are utilized. Tax preparation fees do not include audit support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step for new customers is the initial consultation. In the initial consultation, we will go over your tax needs and discuss our services more in detail with you. Once we have received your documents and review them, we will discuss the best services for your tax needs and the completion date. We will have constant communication with you on the status of your work and we set up a time to go over the work completed for your approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master in Accounting Taxation and Enrolled Agent, a licensed tax return preparer by the Internal Revenue Services. I am authorized to conduct tax preparation in ALL 50 states. I also specialize in Military tax returns.
