- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the kid who was cooking breakfast on Mother's day, collecting recipes and cookbooks into the hundreds, always eager to try something new and venture away from the expected. It has always been a creative passion. I studied formally at Johnson & Whales University, and the rest is history.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no such thing as a common job, in my opinion. Everything I do is very personal and customized. It is part of what make the Artisan such a success.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you feel comfortable and you feel confident that your caterer is "on your side". Good communication is critical in creating a successful relationship with your caterer
