Introduction: I am Justin Cruz aka Red Deer, the owner of company. I have over 20 years' experience in all aspects of construction. I specialize in custom trims and custom staircases. I am fully insured. For the last 7 years, I have been the backbone of Jade Mountain Builders, Western NC's number one green builder for 2 years running. My projects have been award-winning and seen on DYI TV. As the main trim and stair specialist and project manager, I have always been a hands-on person, always leading my crew and pushing to give each home its own unique touch!
