Rude and showed up earlier than scheduled time at 4pm. I have never had such an unprofessional message sent from a business after they did not abide by Thumbtack’s schedule. Never thought a company could be worse than the 1-800 JUNK company, but definitely this takes the cake. The miscommunication was obviously a blessing in disguise to not deal with such an unreasonable and unprofessional company. The money requested was over others, and they were unwilling to budge nor accommodate because it is clear they are money hungry. Stay away.

I’m sorry you feel this way. The customer agreed to meet me between 3 and 3:30. I didint even get the chance to do the job cause you would not respond when I arrived. And I thanked you for wasting my time. I charge $375 for a full load on my 6x16 ft trailer which is very competitive to 1-800. I don’t know why you proceeded to schedule me and not show up so I could do the job for you if my price is too much. I sat and waited for 30 minutes for you to respond and no answer. If you can’t afford our services please do not schedule.
