We are a locally owned moving company that opened our doors in 2013. We are fully insured and licensed by the NC Utilities Commission. We are a smaller company with under 10 employees so we are able to control our product better and provide you with a high quality service. We have won the Angies List super service award every year we have been in business. Give Glen or I a call and let us come out and give you a free in home estimate. Our goal is to provide a stress free move that comes with a fair price. Watching the smile on peoples faces when they are in their new houses!!!!!!!

So Personal Touch Movers, where do I start...So back in August 2014, I booked the movers, seemed like a seamless and reliable service. Well, first, their truck breaks down, so my belongings are delayed about 5 hours, no big deal until they arrived and began to unload the truck. I know they went through my personal belongings. For instance, one box in which I intentionally left without a label, the mover inappropriately mentions what's in it and the tape had been undone an no longer secured. Not too mention, somehow my washer has been jostled and is no longer spinning--the inner tub is now detached from the casing. Clearly when they moved the items from the original truck to the U-Haul they did not use the same level a care that they pretended to have when they came to pick up my stuff. I am not pleased because prior to them even picking up the stuff you have to sign an agreement where you essentially agree to not complain if anything is damaged. This, however, is unacceptable and I do not appreciate this service. If you are considering this service, please look elsewhere.
