David Gibson is a dishonest contractor who lied to me. I get water in my basement when it rains so I called David Gibson to devise a solution. He installed a french drain and applied waterproof sealing in the basement. There is just as much rain in my basement now as before he did the work. When I informed David of my intention to post a negative review on Angie's List, he lied and said that other contractors would see my negative review and would not take jobs if I called them. Angie's List confirmed this is a lie. I confronted David, and he tried to cover his lie by forging an Angie's List review which supposedly showed the reviewers' contact info. I searched for keywords on Angie's List and discovered that he had copied and pasted a contractor's contact info into the review, pretending it was the reviewer's contact info. If you are an Angie's List member, look him up and you will find 3 different Angie's List members (as of July 2012) who have given him negative reviews for lying and dishonesty. David Gibson comes across as knowledgeable but he is deeply unethical. Buyer beware!

No, i keep pricing simple, if it is hourly or contract price. i am upfront about this.and depending on the job if there is something uknown or i am not sure about i am upfront about this so there would be no suprises
