I took a sushi making class with Mark and it was wonderful. Good instruction and demonstration and clear tips on how to improve my rolls. Would 100% hire him again. And the food of course was delicious.

Chef Mark Dragon and I had a one-on-one Zoom class to make a tasty pork dish called pork maiale while also learning knife techniques and how to prepare and cook a couple new vegetables I’ve never cooked before. They turned out fabulously, btw. Now, not only do I know a delish new dish but I can also handle a big knife with confidence. He’s such a great teacher; he’s so patient and nice!

I base my prices off of $25 an hour plus costs (groceries, time spent shopping, gas, mileage, prep etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with a client and get to know what services they need, dietary info, and what supplies I'll need and equipment to bring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years experience working in professional kitchens in N.C.,TN and GA. Servsafe certified Owner Operator of The Dragon Wagon mobile catering for 11 years.
