- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices off of $25 an hour plus costs (groceries, time spent shopping, gas, mileage, prep etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with a client and get to know what services they need, dietary info, and what supplies I'll need and equipment to bring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years experience working in professional kitchens in N.C.,TN and GA. Servsafe certified Owner Operator of The Dragon Wagon mobile catering for 11 years.
