That real construction experience is what sets us apart — we don't just patch and cover, we understand structural work, code requirements, and how a home is actually built. Every project comes with fixed-cost pricing agreed upfront, licensed crews, and no shortcuts. Working with Big Hills Construction and their Project Manager, Danny Gaega on the new construction home at 242 Sunridge Avenue in Horse Shoe Cove was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I have worked with Danny before at this and other beautiful Big Hills communities and he is top notch and truly makes all the difference! His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire building process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. My buyers were ecstatic! The finished home is absolutely stunninga beautifully crafted custom home that reflects the pride and care Big Hills and their Project Manager, Danny put into their work. Their entire team from Denis Sysa in sales and Andrey in the design center, were always readily available and eager to help!
