- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that sellers get a CMA (market analysis) as quickly as possible and then I help them list in the most beneficial way. First time buyers will get all the guidance I can provide while searching for and purchasing their new home. Vacation home buyers - seasoned home buyers and investment home buyers will all get a tailored experience to their individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in real estate for over 15 years, I have personally bought, sold, invested, remodeled and rented. You need someone with an eye for the market and an eye for a deal.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
First time home buyers, retirement home buyers, investors, vacation home buyers and landlords. Sellers of all kinds.
