Keyli was phenomenal! A+ highly recommend. I run a construction business in Asheville and have used Keyli on both new construction cleanup and residential cleaning and have been highly satisfied with both services offered. When work is scheduled, work is done. Multiple times Keyli has proven to be honest when the occasional problem has come along, dealing with them in a fair manner. Easy to communicate with her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s your choice! We offer two pricing options- time and materials or a written estimate documenting exact services and total cost per clean. Many of my customers prefer pricing based on time and materials. However, after meeting you and viewing your home I can also provide you an estimate via email if you prefer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After communicating here on Thumbtack I will give you a call (or text if you prefer) and schedule a time to meet with you and discuss all your needs. During this meeting will be when we decide what sort of cleaning schedule would be best for you, any specific instructions you have for me, and discuss pricing. Then is the final step of getting your home cleaned! I will show up on time and do a thorough job.

We offer residential cleaning and post construction cleanup. I also have experience in commercial cleaning.
