Just a lil about me, I’m new to the area I built my company for 6 yrs now in Wilmington Nc, (which I’m very proud of) but moved to the mountains as it’s always been my dream. I've been cleaning from vrbo's/vacation rentals, residential homes to commercial homes. I treat the homes with up most respect. I take pride in what I do and I take my business seriously. I love to clean, it is my gift, it makes me happy knowing at the end of the day my clients come home to a clean house and that they have one less thing to do. I only charge a flat rate fee per job, I go by the square footage of your home, weither its weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I feel it doesn't make my clients feel they have to watch the clock and there's wiggle room for both parties to add on any needs my client may have. I always say a "Clean home is a Happy home". :) I like to speak to the client and ask some questions to make sure their needs are met, but txt is fine if that's easier for you.
