I began catering privately 2 years ago after working for a restaurant/catering business for over ten years. I've been in the hospitality industry for 17 years. I have a culinary arts degree and numerous certifications. My staff and I are experienced in and set up for American regional cuisine as well as other foods from around the world. Spain was my area of concentration while in school, but we are more than able to creatively and accurately cater to almost any type of cuisine desired. Buffet, family-style or table service are available. We offer professional equipment, staff, appearance and attitude.
