I would recommend Spence Hackney and his company, Proclaim Interactive, to anyone who needs branding or web design. Starting with our initial meeting, Spence and his staff were enthusiastic and invested in my website and work, and they maintained that energy and focus throughout the design and launch process. They worked hard to understand who I am, what I do, and all the specific things I need my site to accomplish. Their enthusiasm made the web design process fun, and they simplified the steps for me along the way so that I wasn't overwhelmed. Throughout the design and launch process, I worked with a number of Proclaim staff members, and I was impressed by all of them. Everyone was pleasant, accessible, patient, and quick to respond. They work well together as a staff, with impeccable inter-agency communication, so that every person stayed informed about the current status of my project. And best of all, they never made me feel dumb for asking my dumb questions! I am thrilled with the look, feel, and function of my site. Even after the site launch, they have worked with me to continue tweaking and improving the site. Im so glad I chose Proclaim, and I have already recommended them to friends.
