After a week of searching for someone who was competent, professional, and affordable to repair my desktop, I found Triangle Tech. Dan and Marshall were friendly, responsive, and professional. My computer was picked up, repaired perfectly, and returned by Marshall. He then ensured that it was set up and working properly before leaving. If the rating system allowed more than 5 stars, I'd give them to Triangle Tech. Based on my judgement as a retiren management consultant, they did everything right.

I am extremely grateful for triangle tech, and the services that they provided. I am someone who only just knows how to operate a desktop and know nothing about the things internally about computers. They were very communicative and were very budget friendly. I will definitely come back if I have any other issues with my desktop and I would suggest anyone to come to triangle tech for any issues that they have with their desktops. 10/10 thank you guys

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite Services are billed $150 an hour with 1 hour minimum. We are great at what we do so we end up fixing issues as soon as possible and were priced this way to incentivize techs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best customer is the kind that comes back. Too many businesses choose to suck customers dry and move onto the next. We want you to know that when you choose us well make sure that you are taken care of well after you use our services. We are a part of the community and well never give you a reason to look for another service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner served as a server administrator for the United States Marine Corps. While enlisted he worked in a team to create server stacks for multiple field exercises and deployments. After the marine corps he did the same work for an engineering company and a large managed service provider. Our employees are all former service members with IT related backgrounds or college educated graduates. We do not believe in turnover, so all of our employees are promoted and trained from the bottom to the top.
