Wiley Nickel is a first class attorney!
I had a pending charge in North Carolina that was preventing me from getting a job I really needed and wanted. I live in Oregon now so I was in a complete frazzled state of mind trying to figure out what I was going to do. I went on AVVO and started researching attorneys in the Raleigh, NC area and came across Wiley who had outstanding reviews. I sent a message on a late Saturday night and received a response Sunday morning! We discussed my case and I decided to hire him.
From the beginning, Mr. Nickel was upfront and honest about the fact that I may be required to travel to North Carolina to handle my case and get it closed out, but he assured me he would do everything possible to try and prevent that. Not only did he take care of my case without me having to step foot outside of Oregon, he got it completely dismissed!!!
This is where he went above and beyond his duties of an attorney.....my new place of employment was willing to work with me and still offer me the position as long as the case wasn't in pending status anymore. After a few weeks of us waiting for the DA to be back from vacation so Wiley could talk to him, I was getting very nervous that somebody else would be hired in my place because they were tired of waiting. Wiley offered to write them a letter explaining that the case is being worked on and he was confident in it being dismissed. I think that is what ultimately saved me from losing the job. He didn't have to take the time to do that and it was out of pure kindness of heart and understanding that he offered to do anything he could to help me.
So in the end, my case was dismissed, I have officially been offered the position and now Wiley and his team are working on getting it expunged from my record (at no extra cost!). He clearly has a big heart and truly cares about his clients. Not once did I feel bad about bugging him with all my questions and concerns, he listened patiently and responded to emails right away. I highly recommend Wiley Nickel and his firm for any legal troubles you may have.

Willy helped with clearing up an outstanding warrant for me. I live out of state and it showed up on a background check. W thought it was taken care of back in December however on a new background check it showed it was still active so I had to fly in for the warrant to be served and a court date set. Willy was able to get it dismissed without a second trip to NC.
