Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure to read reviews about the company from customers experience, I think this is one of the most important steps you can do before moving on with anything else. Look in multiple sites like Google reviews, Angie's List, Thumbtack, Yelp etc. Make sure they are insured.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long has the company been in business, are they insured and proof of any work and look for online reviews from customers experience with the company.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The professional service and quality work from our A PLUS team is something that you will need to try to understand. We take pride in everything we do, and if you are not satisfied we will return and fix anything we missed. Our reviews prove it.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being outdoors, the smell of fresh cut grass, seen a lawn go from worst on the block to best on the block. The happy faces of our customers, it just makes my day.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How soon can we stop by to provide them with a quote. We try to provide all of our quotes within 24 hours, there are times we provide our quote the same day.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I'm a very friendly, outgoing and professional person. I look forward to provide you with the best customer service and work quality around.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We are always learning about our industry, so we can provide a better service, quality of work and hopefully a better price.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Don't do it for the money, do it because you love it. There are times when is going to be so hard that unless you love it you will quit, or do a poor job for a customer.
